The pricing gap appears amid Ohio's maturing recreational market, which has surpassed $1.5 billion in sales, and as the state's retail footprint continues to grow—221 dispensaries are currently operational with several new licenses issued in early August.

The price differential suggests Ohio's market structure may differ materially from Michigan's, potentially reflecting differences in supply density, regulatory costs, or retail competition.
