The approval arrived as part of a notably active licensing day that included four other manufacturing operators—Wepa Distributors, Veteran Releaf, Toke Folks NY, and Quality Flower Products—plus two cultivation licenses and several ownership changes.
The state now operates 517 licensed manufacturing facilities alongside 875 retail locations and 250 cultivation licenses. The volume of simultaneous approvals suggests accelerating issuance of processing licenses, which typically serve the mid-chain function of converting raw cannabis into finished goods for retail. New York's 402 pending applications indicate demand continues to exceed current operational capacity.
