The closures arrived despite new cultivation and manufacturing licenses issued the prior day, including All Bliss Cannabis and Last Minute Farm. That pair was itself deactivated within three days, signaling potential rapid turnover or compliance issues. Vermont maintains 317 active cultivation licenses across a market generating roughly $13 million in monthly sales as of May 2026.
