Operator now holds cultivation, processing, and distribution licenses in New York as market sees wave of new licensees and operator exits.

The company now holds three active adult-use licenses in the state: cultivation (OCM-CULT-24-000078), processing (OCM-PROC-24-000025), and the newly issued distribution license (OCM-DIST-24-000057), positioning it as a vertically integrated operator in the regulated market.
The licensing comes amid broader churn in New York's cannabis operator roster. On the same licensing date, state records show four grower and processor licenses went inactive—TK Growers LLC, Stop 29 LLC, Simply Gold LLC, and Canna Cure Farms LLC—while at least 11 new licenses were issued across cultivation, manufacturing, retail, and distribution tiers, per state license records.
New York currently reports 880 open retail locations, 248 cultivation licenses, and 515 manufacturing licenses active. With 425 applications still pending and four recent operator exits, the market continues rapid consolidation.
