Shangri-La CT Inc. rebrands to Alpha CT 3 LLC under state license
Connecticut cannabis manufacturer and retailer completes licensee name change on state roster.
FILE — dealmaking · Perzon SEO / CC BY 2.0Shangri-La CT Inc., holder of active licenses for cannabis food and beverage manufacturing (license 1941) and retail (license 11824), has changed its licensee name to Alpha CT 3 LLC, according to Connecticut's state license roster. The change was recorded August 1. Related roster entries suggest simultaneous filings under variant entities, including Alpha CT 1 LLC.
The rebranding occurs as Connecticut's adult-use market continues early-stage growth, with 79 open retail locations, 22 cultivation sites, and 13 manufacturing facilities currently licensed. June sales data showed approximately $48 million in monthly revenue across the state. The name change does not appear to affect operational status of either license.
