The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission is tracking new municipal delivery bans, according to WWLP reporting on July 20. The effort appears to reflect growing local-level resistance to delivery operations, which have operated in the state for five years under social equity frameworks. The tracking suggests widening municipal enforcement of restrictions on delivery that may constrain how cannabis reaches consumers in parts of the state.

License turnover has accompanied the regulatory friction. State records show Pure Oasis LLC and Grassp Ventures LLC licenses became inactive around late July, while Bulrush LLC was licensed as a new microbusiness operator and Bud's Goods & Provisions Corp. underwent a name change. These moves suggest modest churn in the active operator base across the state's 456 open retail locations.
