Offsetting these exits, four new retail licenses (SR Oregon Milwaukie, Century Center, Top Hat Express) and two distribution authorizations (Frank's LLC, GRNRM INC) received approval in the same window, along with a new cultivation operator (Urban Pharms). Oregon maintains 758 open retail locations, 1,347 cultivation sites, and 263 manufacturers as of the latest state snapshot.
