The closure notification came the same day as nine other license deactivations across Utah operators including Dragonfly Wellness, Beehive Farmacy, Curaleaf, Bloc Pharmacy, and The Forest—suggesting a coordinated roster update rather than individual business failures.
The state's active medical cannabis retail count now stands at six locations, down from what the roster update indicates was a larger footprint. Utah's medical program, which recently expanded access to rural and underserved areas and launched a patient search function, continues operating with five cultivation licenses and fourteen manufacturing facilities active.
