Since May, the state license roster has recorded at least four closure events (All Bliss Cannabis, Rhize Cannabis Company, Craft Cannabis Co. Manufacturing, and Last Minute Farm), and the owner of Forbins Finest faced an $80,000 fine for sabotaging a suspended facility.
