Hashtag Farms LLC cultivation license deactivated in Oregon
A newly licensed Oregon producer's license became inactive days after issuance, amid broader churn in the state's cultivation sector.

The company had been issued a cultivation license just three days prior, on Aug. 26. State records show the operator held two separate producer licenses (020-31279 and 020-25836), though both now appear inactive.
The rapid deactivation is part of a wider pattern: Oregon's license roster has logged at least nine cultivation and retail closures since Aug. 26, while simultaneously issuing new licenses to operators including Selma Happy Farm LLC and Lotus Exotics Farms LLC. The state maintains 1,347 open cultivation licenses and 757 active retailers across its adult-use market.
The brevity of Hashtag Farms' active status suggests either withdrawal, administrative suspension, or license transfer rather than operational failure. State regulators have not reported specific closure details. Watch whether the two license numbers are reassigned or consolidated under new operators.
