Recreational wholesaler joins six other operators deactivated in Oregon since late August, amid ongoing retail and cultivation licensing activity.

The inactivation is one of at least seven operator closures recorded since August 29, including Hidden Leaf Labs, Oregon Edibles, M.C. Spectrum, Humble, Forward Cannabis, Florascience Inc., Hashtag Farms LLC, and Lotus Exotics, LLC.
The closures occur against a backdrop of ongoing market churn: Oregon's roster simultaneously shows two new distribution operators (GRNM INC and SKS) and one new retail licensee (Top Hat Express) approved in early September. The state maintains 756 active retail locations, 1,347 cultivators, and 263 manufacturers as of today.
While the scale of recent deactivations suggests typical operator attrition, the clustering warrants monitoring for underlying supply-chain pressures or enforcement actions.
