FILE — cultivation · Cannabis Tours / CC BY-SA 4.0TrustiGrow, LLC has been licensed as a cultivation operator in Maryland, according to state license records dated August 19. The approval comes as part of a broader wave of operator licensing on the same date: Maryland also issued retail licenses to ShayShayTreats Delivery Service, One Love Cannabis Company, Green Glow Inc., Chronic Corners, and SOL of Potomac Dispensary, while Green Fire received a manufacturing license. One active cultivation license, Floriat LLC, also opened the same day.
Maryland's adult-use market now operates 27 licensed cultivators, 126 retail locations, and 30 manufacturers, according to current state license statistics. Monthly sales have remained relatively stable, averaging around $109M over the past six months, with July 2026 at approximately $109M. The addition of TrustiGrow and other new operators suggests the state continues licensing qualified applicants in cultivation, retail, and manufacturing segments.
Market observers should monitor whether TrustiGrow's entry will affect wholesale pricing or retail shelf availability, particularly as multiple new retailers simultaneously enter the market. The pace of licensing alongside enforcement actions—including a recent $98,000 contraband seizure in St. Mary's County—indicates Maryland is managing both supply expansion and illicit market pressures.
